• Business S was listed at $18 a month billed yearly or $20 monthly, and Agency S at $90 a month billed yearly; WhatsApp message fees from Meta are extra (checked October 31, 2026).
• Its billing help pages say plans auto-renew, cancelling keeps access to the end of the paid period, and refunds for downgrades are limited to 3 days on monthly plans and 30 days on yearly plans.
