We researched Finqu's official pricing, terms, product pages, help pages and outside reviews. We haven't used Finqu ourselves, so this is a research-based review, not a hands-on test.

Who it’s best for

  • Small shops that sell online and in person and want inventory in one place.
  • Wholesalers that want B2B pricing alongside a retail store.
  • Nordic and European sellers who want local payment and shipping options built in.

Who should skip it

  • Probably not the best fit for US sellers who need a large app store, a big partner network or many US-specific integrations.

How it works day to day

This part draws on Finqu’s own product pages, help center and documentation, read October 31, 2026 (listed under Sources). We haven’t used Finqu ourselves.

Manage products, orders and stock from one admin, sell through the online store and POS at the same time, and use the command bar and AI agents for routine tasks.

What we like

  • No platform fee on sales when you use direct payment providers.
  • Premium themes included on every plan.
  • POS, B2B and multi-store tools in one admin.
  • Cheap start: 3 days free, then $1 for the first month.

What to watch for

  • Few independent English-language reviews; most coverage is Finnish.
  • A very small company: Finnish records list 6 employees, about €536,000 in 2025 revenue and negative equity.
  • A much smaller app and theme ecosystem than Shopify.
  • B2B and customer groups need the $149 Growth plan.

The fine print

  • You can cancel anytime; the store stays active until the end of the paid period, monthly or yearly.
  • Payment providers charge their own fees; Kustom checkout lists 2.89% + $0.35 per payment (2.69% + $0.35 on Plus).
  • AI use beyond the included credits costs extra, though you can set a monthly budget limit.
  • Domains bought through Finqu carry a $5 monthly maintenance fee.
  • Legitimacy signals we found: the Finnish business register lists Finqu Oy (business ID 2764177-2), active since 2017; Asiakastieto reports 2025 revenue of about €536,000 with 6 employees; Finnish comparison site Nettivertailut reviews it as a domestic ecommerce platform with built-in local payment and shipping integrations.

Our take

Finqu is a capable all-in-one store and POS platform with clear prices and no platform fees, best suited to Nordic and European sellers; US shops should weigh its small size and thin review record against bigger platforms.
