We researched Gixo's official pricing, terms, product pages, help pages and outside reviews. We haven't used Gixo ourselves, so this is a research-based review, not a hands-on test.

Who it’s best for

  • Consultants drafting reports and slide decks.
  • Small teams answering RFPs.
  • Writers drafting long articles or books.

Who should skip it

  • Probably not the best fit for buyers who want a long-established vendor with a large support team.

How it works day to day

This part draws on Gixo’s own product pages, help center and documentation, read October 31, 2026 (listed under Sources). We haven’t used Gixo ourselves.

Pick a product such as Quill or Lumen, add your sources or topic, let the AI write a first version of the article, deck or proposal, then edit, review with teammates and export.

What it costs

Prices checked October 31, 2026, from Gixo’s own pricing page unless noted. Prices change often, so check the official page before you buy.

  • Lite: $10 per seat a month ($90 per seat a year).
  • Starter: $59 per seat a month ($599 a year).
  • Professional: $79 per seat a month, 3-seat minimum ($799 a year).
  • Product entry prices: Quill, Lumen and Prism from $10; Business and Folio from $19; Lex from $29; Arc from $49 a month.

What we like

  • 14-day free trial with no card.
  • Low entry price.
  • Separate tools for slides, proposals, legal and books.
  • Refund windows posted: 7 days monthly, 30 days annual.

What to watch for

  • Built and run by a one-person development team.
  • Few independent outside reviews.
  • Many products and plans to sort through.
  • AI-drafted legal documents still need a lawyer's review.

The fine print

  • Refunds: 7 days for monthly plans and 30 days for annual plans, subject to eligibility and usage, per its terms.
  • Its About page says the platform was built by founder Hardik Parikh as the only human software developer, with heavy AI assistance.
  • Legitimacy signals we found: Gixo is operated by Zencraft Consultancy Private Limited; it publishes a trust and security page, support details and public pricing, and says it can be bought through Azure Marketplace; its LinkedIn page lists Mumbai headquarters.

The main alternative: Jasper

Jasper is an established AI writing platform for marketing teams.

What it costs: Pro $59/mo yearly ($69 monthly), checked October 29, 2026

Pick Gixo if you…

  • want slides, proposals and documents in one suite.
  • want a low entry price.
  • want a no-card trial.

Pick Jasper if you…

  • want a long-established vendor.
  • focus on marketing copy.
  • want a large support team.

Our take

Gixo is a very new, founder-built AI suite with low prices and a no-card trial; test it on a real project before you pay for seats.
