What it costs

Prices checked October 31, 2026, from GoGetFunding’s own pricing page unless noted. Prices change often, so check the official page before you buy.

  • Free to start a campaign. Its home page lists a 4% platform fee plus card processing fees from Stripe or PayPal, and no added donor tips; an older FAQ page still lists 6.9% plus a $0.30 handling fee, so check the fee shown when you set up (checked October 30, 2026).
  • Donations are generally final; its terms say it cannot guarantee that funds are spent as campaigns describe.

What we like

  • No donor tips at checkout.
  • Free to launch.
  • Ongoing campaigns allowed.
  • Trustpilot 3.7 from 428 reviews.

What to watch for

  • Two different fee figures on its own pages.
  • Some reviewers report payout delays with Stripe.
  • Scammers impersonate it by email asking for gift cards.
  • It cannot guarantee how campaign funds are spent.

The fine print

  • GoGetFunding says it never asks you to buy gift cards or pay to release funds.
  • Donate only to people or causes you know.
