What we like
- One provider for rotating, mobile, static and dedicated IPs.
- Targeting by country, state, city and ISP network.
- Dedicated IPs come with unlimited traffic and support many protocols, including SOCKS5 and OpenVPN.
- Chrome and Firefox extensions make setup simple.
What to watch out for
- Short refund windows on most proxy plans, and renewals are not refundable.
- Rotating plans are monthly data bundles, so unused gigabytes are a cost if your needs swing.
- Some marketing leans on running many accounts, which many sites forbid.
The fine print
- Plans renew monthly unless canceled.
- Refunds are requested from the dashboard with your order ID; the window depends on the product.
- Prices are in USD; taxes can change the final charge.
- Legitimacy signals we found: more than 10 years in business by its own account, a published refund policy, documentation and setup guides, and more than 400 Trustpilot reviews shown on its site.
Who it’s best for
Small teams that need residential or dedicated IPs.
- Developers and analysts collecting public web data, checking ads or monitoring prices by region.
- SEO teams that check search results from different cities.
- People who want one fixed residential IP for work or travel.
Who should skip it
- Not ideal for huge scraping jobs where a bigger network’s pay-as-you-go rates may cost less.

Our take
IPBurger is a sensible, simpler proxy provider for small teams, especially for static and dedicated IPs, but test it inside the short refund window.
