Exchanges only, within 14 days and under 10 miles; the customer pays $180 per bike, $80 per battery or $30 per accessory. A $180 fee applies if you cancel after shipping.

Trustpilot showed 4.1 out of 5 as of October 30, 2026, 1,005 reviews.
The Better Business Bureau listed Jasion Inc. (Sacramento, CA) with an F rating as of October 30, 2026. Complaints there mention unanswered support requests and battery problems.
Exchange-only policy with fees.
$180 fee to cancel after shipping.

The fine print

There is no change-of-mind refund; exchanges cost $30-$180.
Lithium batteries: charge on a hard surface away from flammable items, use only the supplied charger, and stop using any battery that swells, smells or overheats.

The main alternative: Aventon

Aventon sells mid-priced e-bikes through dealers and online.

Jasion sells some of the cheapest e-bikes around, but its exchange-only policy and BBB F rating are serious cautions.
