What it is
Pay-as-you-go bulk email list verification, with a real-time API and MCP server
How it works
Upload a CSV, Excel or text file (up to 1 million rows), let MailVeri find the email column, and download the list sorted into valid, invalid, disposable, role, catch-all, full-inbox and unknown addresses. Or call its API at signup to stop fake addresses as they come in.
Seen on MailVeri’s own product pages, help center and documentation, read November 1, 2026 (listed under Sources). We haven’t used MailVeri ourselves.

What we like
- Among the lowest per-check prices we found: $59 for 100,000 checks, against $186 for the same at EmailListVerify (both checked October 31, 2026).
- Credits never expire, and there is no subscription.
- Flags disposable, role (shared inboxes like info or support), catch-all and full-inbox addresses, and checks mailboxes without sending any email.
- Trustpilot shows 4.6 out of 5 from about 90 reviews, with praise for the price and the simple interface (checked October 31, 2026).
What to watch out for
- All sales are final: credits cannot be refunded, so test with the free credits first.
- Some Trustpilot reviewers complain of slow or missing support and downloaded results with missing statuses.
- Its 99%+ accuracy and under-2% bounce claims are its own; its terms say they are design targets, not a guarantee, and we found no independent accuracy test.
- Neither its terms nor its privacy policy name the company behind MailVeri or where it is based.
The fine print
- Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable; unused credits can be forfeited if your account is closed for breaking the rules.
- You must have the right to verify the addresses you upload, and you may not use it for spam or to build lists without permission.
- Uploaded lists and results are deleted automatically after 30 days, or right away when you delete them; MailVeri says it never sells or shares your lists.
- Its liability is capped at what you paid in the previous 12 months, and its terms are governed by the law of "the jurisdiction in which MailVeri operates," which the terms do not name.
- The comparison prices on its own site are marketing; check a rival's own page before you decide.
- Legitimacy signals we found: published terms (updated October 20, 2026) and privacy policy, a public status page, listings on Capterra and Trustpilot, and about 90 Trustpilot reviews; we found no named legal entity.
Who it’s best for
Cleaning large email lists on a budget, pay as you go.
Who should skip it
- Probably not the best fit if you need a refund option, a long track record, or a verifier with a named company and clear legal home behind it.

Our take
MailVeri is a very cheap, no-subscription way to clean big email lists, but sales are final and the company behind it is not named, so use the free credits on a list you know before you buy.
