What it costs
Prices checked October 30, 2026, from Plutio’s own pricing page unless noted. Prices change often, so check the official page before you buy.
- Core $19/month, Pro $49/month and Max $199/month; yearly billing gives 2 months free; white-label is a $9/month add-on (checked October 30, 2026).
- 7-day free trial, no card needed. Fees are paid in advance and not refundable except as set out in its terms (Plutio LTD, England); problems must be reported through its fix process first.
What we like
- Replaces several separate tools.
- Proposals, contracts and invoices in one place.
- White-label client portal.
- Trustpilot 4.3 from 27 reviews.
What to watch for
- Refunds only under strict terms.
- Android app reviews report bugs.
- Learning curve with so many features.
- Core plan has client limits.
The fine print
- Cancelling mid-period does not give a refund.
- Report problems right away; late reports can lose refund rights.

Our take
Plutio packs a lot into one freelancer app at a fair price; use the 7-day trial, because refunds are tightly limited.
