- Standard $9/month and Professional $15/month for 500 subscribers, billed monthly; prices rise with list size and exclude VAT. Enterprise is custom.

What we like
- Free plan covers up to 2,500 subscribers.
- Low paid prices for small lists.
- Trustpilot shows 4.9 from 1,580 reviews; Capterra 4.7 from 212.
- 24/7 email and live chat support on every plan.
What to watch for
- No refunds for unused months, forgotten cancellations or buying the wrong plan.
- Strict opt-in rules: Capterra reviewers describe sudden account suspensions under its anti-spam policy.
- Sender branding stays on free-plan emails.
- Promo prices need 1 or 2 years paid up front.
The fine print
- Refunds only if Sender ends your service without cause; billing disputes must be raised in writing within 30 days.
- Only email people who opted in; bought or scraped lists break its anti-spam policy and can get the account closed without a refund.
- Prices shown exclude VAT and grow with your subscriber count.
