We researched Warmup Inbox's official pricing, terms, product pages, help pages and outside reviews. We haven't used Warmup Inbox ourselves, so this is a research-based review, not a hands-on test.

Who it’s best for

  • Sales teams and founders sending cold email from new domains or inboxes.
  • Agencies that manage many client inboxes and want one dashboard.
  • Recruiters and marketers whose emails have started landing in spam.

Who should skip it

  • Probably not the best fit for anyone sending to purchased lists, or for newsletters sent through an email service that already manages reputation for you.

How it works day to day

This part draws on Warmup Inbox’s own product pages, help center and documentation, read October 31, 2026 (listed under Sources). We haven’t used Warmup Inbox ourselves.

Connect an inbox, let it trade warmup emails with other real inboxes for a few weeks, and check the dashboard for spam and inbox placement before starting outreach.

What we like

  • Free plan with unlimited inboxes, plus a 7-day trial of paid plans with no card required.
  • Published per-inbox prices with volume discounts.
  • Spam and category placement monitoring and a reputation check on every paid plan.
  • Trustpilot shows 4.6 out of 5 from about 162 reviews (checked October 31, 2026).

What to watch for

  • Warmup creates artificial sends and replies between inboxes; mailbox providers do not endorse it, and it cannot fix a poor list or spammy content.
  • You must give it IMAP/SMTP or similar access so it can send and reply as you.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where consumer law requires a refund, per its terms.
  • Support is chat only, and its terms promise no response times.

The fine print

  • Subscriptions renew automatically; downgrades take effect at the next billing period, and inboxes drop to the free plan when a subscription ends unless you remove them.
  • Its terms allow one free trial per person.
  • Warmup does not replace authentication: set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC and follow Gmail and Yahoo bulk-sender rules.
  • Legitimacy signals we found: its terms name CyberPanda s. r. o. (company ID 52441121), registered in Bratislava, Slovakia; its Trustpilot profile is claimed and showed 4.6 out of 5 from about 162 reviews as of October 31, 2026, with replies to most negative reviews; it also has reviews on Capterra.

Our take

Warmup Inbox is a well-reviewed, clearly priced warmup tool with a useful free plan; it helps new inboxes build a sending history, but it is not a fix for bad lists or content.
