Who Zoho CRM fits

Businesses that want a low price and deep customization, especially if they use other Zoho apps.

Watch out for: Setup takes effort, and the interface is busier than Pipedrive or Capsule.

Who HubSpot fits

Small businesses that want free contact management now and marketing, sales and service tools later.

Watch out for: The jump from Starter to Professional is steep, including the onboarding fee. Contracts on higher tiers are annual.

Quick verdict

Zoho CRM is the low-price, highly customizable choice, especially if you use other Zoho apps, but setup takes effort. HubSpot is easier to start with for free; costs rise sharply at the Professional tier.
