Who it’s best for

• People shopping for a new memory foam pillow.
• Gift buyers who want something unusual.
• Back and side sleepers who like gel foam.

Who should skip it

• Probably not the best fit if you expect CBD to treat a sleep problem.

How it works day to day

This part draws on CBD Pillow’s own product pages, help center and documentation, read October 30, 2026 (listed under Sources). We haven’t used CBD Pillow ourselves.

You sleep on it like any memory foam pillow; the CBD is micro-encapsulated in the fabric.

What it costs

Prices checked October 30, 2026, from CBD Pillow’s own pricing page unless noted. Prices change often, so check the official page before you buy.

• The CBD Pillow $99 on sale (reg. $129) (official store, checked October 30, 2026).
• Free shipping to the contiguous 48 states; Hawaii and Alaska cost extra.

What we like

• 30-night trial with returns within 30 days of purchase.
• 10-year craftsmanship guarantee.
• Made in the USA, free shipping in the lower 48.
• Gel memory foam core.

What to watch for

• Little proof that CBD in pillow fabric does anything.
• We found no meaningful Trustpilot profile as of October 30, 2026, so outside customer feedback is thin.
• Returns must be in good condition, not stained.

The fine print

• The 30 days run from the purchase date, not delivery.
• Terms include individual arbitration and class-action and jury waivers.
• Buyers must be 18 or older.

Our take

CBD Pillow is a decent gel memory foam pillow with a 30-day return window; buy it for the pillow, not for CBD claims.
