Build: free for development, all features, up to 100 users.
Basic: $239 a month billed yearly at 1,000 monthly active users ($298.75 monthly); $299 yearly at 10,000.
Advanced: $359 a month billed yearly at 1,000 users ($448.75 monthly); $399 at 10,000.
Enterprise: from $999 a month billed yearly at 10,000 users. Above 50,000 users, pricing is by quote.
Overage: $0.10 per extra user or $1 per extra concurrent connection, whichever is higher.
