What it costs
Prices checked October 30, 2026, from FREESKY’s own pricing page unless noted. Prices change often, so check the official page before you buy.
- Cheetah MT-380 $1,899 (shown against $3,099); Warrior Pro M-530 $1,999; Upgraded 60V Cheetah Ultra $2,099 (official US store, checked October 30, 2026).
- Free shipping in the US and Canada; pay-in-4 financing offered.
- 45-day price protection.
What we like
- Trustpilot showed 4.8 out of 5 from about 767 reviews as of October 30, 2026.
- Free US and Canada shipping.
- 45-day price protection.
- Prepaid return label after approval.
What to watch for
- A UK safety regulator (OPSS, report 2609-0013, September 4, 2026) rated the FREESKY 540E e-bike a serious fire risk because a valid Declaration of Conformity was not supplied; the shipment was rejected at the UK border. That report covers a UK import, not US sales, but ask FREESKY for battery and charger safety certification (such as UL 2849) before you buy.
- Only 14 days to return an unboxed, unused bike.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
- High-power models may exceed local e-bike class limits.
The fine print
- Keep the original packaging for at least 30 days.
- Returns need prior authorization.
- Shipping insurance is non-refundable once activated.

Our take
FREESKY sells powerful fat-tire e-bikes at fair prices, but a September 2026 UK serious-fire-risk safety report on its 540E model and a short 14-day return window mean you should confirm battery and charger certification before ordering.
