What we like

  • Prepaid plans lower the per-box price.
  • Free shipping on boxes.
  • Recipes and tips in each box.
  • Gift subscriptions.

What to watch for

  • Trustpilot showed 3.3 out of 5 from 1 review (very few reviews) as of October 30, 2026.
  • Subscription refunds carry a 10% restocking fee.
  • The site's own "4.9" rating is its own figure, not an independent one.

The fine print

  • Boxes ship every 2 or 3 months depending on plan.
  • Prepaid plans are paid up front.
  • Free shipping on merchandise orders over $100; some items always ship free.
