- Small teams that want central management.

Prices checked October 28, 2026, from IDrive’s own pricing page unless noted. Prices change often, so check the official page before you buy.
- Free: IDrive Basic, 10 GB.
- Personal 5 TB: current promo (as of October 28, 2026) $6.99 a month billed yearly for the first year; regular price $9.99 a month billed yearly. Monthly billing is $11.99 a month.
- Personal 10 TB: $10.49 a month billed yearly for the first year (regular $14.99), or $17.99 monthly.
- 2-year plan: 5 TB for $179.82 (regular $239.76).

What we like
- Multiple computers and devices on one plan.
- Free 10 GB plan.
- Physical drive shipping for big backups and restores (IDrive Express).
- 24/7 live chat, email and phone support.
What to watch for
- Trustpilot showed 2.1 out of 5 from about 1,780 reviews as of October 28, 2026.
- The renewal price jumps after the first year.
- Storage is capped, unlike unlimited single-computer plans.
The fine print
- Discounted prices apply to the first year only.
- IDrive Express is free once a year on Personal; extra requests cost $59.95.
- Check IDrive's refund terms before you buy; we didn't find them on the pricing page.
The main alternative: Backblaze
Pick IDrive Reviewed by Vetteroo if you…
- back up several devices.
- want one bill for the family.
- might need a drive shipped for a big restore.
Pick Backblaze if you…
- back up one computer.
- want unlimited data.
Our take
IDrive is good value for backing up many devices to one account, but the first-year price rises at renewal and outside reviews are poor. If you back up one computer, Backblaze is simpler.
