What it costs
Prices checked October 30, 2026, from Igloo’s own pricing page unless noted. Prices change often, so check the official page before you buy.
- Hard coolers on its store ranged from about $19.99 to $289.99 (checked October 30, 2026), with sale prices on some models.
What we like
- Wide range of sizes and prices.
- 5-year warranty on rotomolded models.
- Often cheaper than premium brands.
- Easy to find in stores too.
What to watch for
- Trustpilot showed 2.0 out of 5 as of October 30, 2026, a weak score we disclose; read recent reviews before you buy.
- In February 2024 Igloo recalled about a million Flip & Tow coolers because the handle could pinch and crush fingertips (CPSC).
- Returns must be unused and in original packaging.
- Standard coolers carry a 1-year warranty.
The fine print
- Refunds are processed after inspection.
- If you own an older Flip & Tow, check the CPSC recall page.
The main alternative: YETI
What it costs: Tundra 45 $325, checked October 30, 2026

- do not mind paying more.
Our take
Igloo makes affordable coolers for most outings, but weak reviews and a 2024 recall mean you should check the model and warranty before buying.
