We researched iVisa's official pricing, plan terms, product pages, help documentation and Trustpilot profile. We haven't used iVisa ourselves, so this is a research-based review, not a hands-on test.

Who it’s best for

  • Travelers who want a guided application and a document check.
  • People applying for eVisas or arrival forms in a hurry.
  • Frequent travelers who might use iVisa+.

Who should skip it

  • Probably not the best fit if you are comfortable applying directly on the government site, which avoids the service fee.

How it works day to day

This part draws on iVisa’s own product pages, help center and documentation, read October 29, 2026 (listed under Sources). We haven’t used iVisa ourselves.

Day to day, you pick a destination, fill in a guided form, upload a photo and passport scan, pay, and track the order until the document arrives by email.

Key features in use

  • Guided application forms.
  • Photo and document checks.
  • Three processing speeds.
  • Order tracking and 24/7 support.
  • Optional Denial Protection.

Setup and learning curve

No setup; you start an application on the website or app.

Integrations

None.

Support

24/7 support by website chat, WhatsApp and email.

Real-world use cases

  • A family applies for several eVisas at once before a trip.
  • A business traveler orders Super Rush for a last-minute arrival form.
  • A frequent traveler buys iVisa+ to skip standard service fees.

What it costs

Prices checked October 29, 2026, from iVisa’s own pricing page unless noted. Prices change often, so check the official page before you buy.

  • Every order has up to two charges: the government fee, set by the country (sometimes $0), and the iVisa service fee.
  • Service fees depend on the document and speed. Example: Turkey eVisa $59.99 Standard, $89.99 Rush, $109.99 Super Rush (iVisa page, checked October 29, 2026).
  • Rush and Super Rush speed up iVisa's own review, not the government's processing.
  • iVisa+ subscription: $79.99 a year for one traveler, with no standard service fee on eVisas; government fees still apply.

What we like

  • Guided forms and a check of documents before submission.
  • 24/7 support.
  • Clear, published refund policy by order stage.
  • Trustpilot showed 4.3 out of 5 from 75,379 reviews as of October 29, 2026.

What to watch for

  • Its service fee is on top of the government fee, and can cost more than the visa itself.
  • It is a private company, not a government agency.
  • Faster speeds do not make the government decide faster.

The fine print

  • Refunds: full before review, 75% of the service fee after review, and none after submission to the government.
  • No refunds on orders older than 3 months or inactive for 3 months.
  • Denial Protection is an extra fee and is not refunded itself.

The main alternative: VisaHQ

What it costs: Service fee varies by country (e.g. $59 India eVisa) + government fee, checked October 29, 2026

Pick iVisa Reviewed by Vetteroo if you…

  • want someone to check your application.
  • are short on time before a trip.
  • apply for several eVisas a year.

Pick VisaHQ if you…

  • need help with embassy (paper) visas.
  • want to compare fees for your destination.

Our take

iVisa makes eVisas and travel forms easier and has strong outside reviews, with a clear refund policy. You pay a service fee on top of government fees, and applying directly is often cheaper. Compare VisaHQ's price for your destination before you order.
