We researched Kartra's official pricing, plan terms, product pages and help documentation. We haven't used Kartra ourselves, so this is a research-based review, not a hands-on test.

Who it’s best for

• Coaches, course creators and info-product sellers who want pages, checkout, email and courses in one place.
• People who want a funnel mapper and pre-built campaigns to follow.
• Small teams that want built-in help desk and affiliate tools on higher plans.

Who should skip it

• Probably not worth it if you only need email or only need a course platform.

How it works day to day

This part draws on Kartra’s own product pages, help center and documentation, read October 26, 2026 (listed under Sources). We haven’t used Kartra ourselves.

Kartra is a single dashboard where you build pages, products, checkouts, email campaigns and membership areas, and connect them in campaigns. A typical day is checking sales and leads, editing a page or email, and answering members, with the funnel mapper showing how the pieces connect.

Kartra offers 100 pre-built campaigns on its plans, which you can import and adjust instead of starting from a blank page. Even so, connecting pages, products, emails and memberships takes planning, so expect a learning period before your first launch.

Kartra lists integrations on its site, and WebinarJam's own FAQ lists Kartra among the tools it connects with. Check that your payment processor and email tools are supported before you move over.

Support

Kartra's pricing page lists help desk live chat on the Professional plan; check what support is included on lower plans before you buy.
