What we like

- Strong automation builder.
- No-card trial.
What to watch for
- Expensive, plus a required $1,500 setup package.
- Trustpilot showed 1.1 out of 5 as of October 30, 2026, a very low score; complaints focus on billing and cancellation.
- The trial caps email at 25 sends and blocks payments and texts.
- Annual contracts carry an early termination fee (reported at $299).
The fine print
- User and contact add-ons raise the price.
- Texting uses metered tiers.

Our take
Keap is a powerful all-in-one for small businesses, but the required setup fee, high price and very weak Trustpilot score mean you should read the contract carefully.
