What it costs
Prices checked October 30, 2026, from Narwal’s own pricing page unless noted. Prices change often, so check the official page before you buy.
- Robots up to the Narwal Flow at $1,499.99; accessories from $6.99 (official US store, checked October 30, 2026).
- Shipping free over $49, otherwise $9.90.
- Optional Narwal Care (Servify) plans, e.g. $79 or $119 for the Freo Z Ultra.
What we like
- Strong mopping focus with self-washing docks.
- 30-day returns.
- Optional extended protection plans.
- Free shipping over $49.
What to watch for
- Trustpilot showed 1.6 out of 5 from about 53 reviews as of October 30, 2026, a low score; many 2026 reviews describe slow support and repair delays.
- You pay return shipping on non-quality returns and must contact support first.
- Only a 1-year warranty outside the EU.
- Some owners report long repair waits.
The fine print
- Keep the packaging for returns.
- Extended plans are run by a third party (Servify).
- In 2026 the FCC restricted new authorizations of foreign-made advanced robotic devices; check that the model is already authorized.
The main alternative: Neatsvor Checked by Vetteroo
What it costs: X600 Pro about $249, checked October 30, 2026
Pick Narwal Checked by Vetteroo if you…
- want top-end mopping.
- want a self-washing dock.
- will pay for a premium robot.
Pick NeatsvorChecked by Vetteroo if you…
- want a lower price.
- mostly vacuum.
- want a simpler robot.
Our take
Narwal makes capable mop-first robots, but weak support reviews and a 1-year warranty mean an extended plan or careful returns planning is worth it.
