We researched OnePageCRM's official pricing, plan terms, product pages and help documentation. We haven't used OnePageCRM ourselves, so this is a research-based review, not a hands-on test.

Who it’s best for

  • Small sales teams and solo sellers who want a simple CRM.
  • People who like a to-do style list of who to contact next.
  • Field salespeople who want a mobile app with a card scanner.

Who should skip it

  • Probably not the best fit if you need deep marketing automation.

How it works day to day

This part draws on OnePageCRM’s own product pages, help center and documentation, read October 26, 2026 (listed under Sources). We haven’t used OnePageCRM ourselves.

Day to day, you open your Action Stream, which lists contacts in order of the next thing you need to do. You call, email or log a note, set the next action, and move on.

Key features in use

  • Action Stream of next steps.
  • Sales pipeline and deals.
  • Email sync and templates.
  • Web forms, lead clipper and quick quotes, free.
  • Mobile apps with card scanner.

Setup and learning curve

You start the free trial, import contacts from a spreadsheet, connect your email, and set a next action for each contact.

Integrations

OnePageCRM connects with Gmail, Outlook, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, Xero and Zapier, among others.

Support

OnePageCRM offers the same support on every plan, plus help guides and onboarding help.

Real-world use cases

  • A consultant keeps track of follow-ups.
  • A small sales team shares one pipeline.
  • A rep scans business cards at a trade show.

What it costs

Prices checked October 26, 2026, from OnePageCRM’s own pricing page unless noted. Prices change often, so check the official page before you buy.

  • 21-day free trial with no card.

What to watch for

The fine print
