The main alternative: Lexie Hearing
Lexie Hearing sells over-the-counter hearing aids with app-based setup and support.

Our take
Otofonix sells very low-cost hearing aids with fast free shipping, but outside reviews are tiny and its return windows conflict, so confirm the terms before you order.
