What we like

• Full refund if unopened within 30 days.

What to watch for

• 20% sanitization and restocking fee on opened devices.
• Foam and textile accessories cannot be returned.
• No outside reviews found.
• We found no meaningful Trustpilot profile as of October 30, 2026, so outside customer feedback is thin.

The fine print

• Unopened devices can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• Opened devices carry a 20% sanitization and restocking fee; foam and textile accessories are non-returnable.

Our take

Petspemf sells pet PEMF devices; opened returns cost 20% and outside reviews are thin. Ask your vet first; PEMF is not a substitute for care.
