We researched Reply.io's official pricing and terms, plus independent reviews and customer feedback. We haven't used Reply.io ourselves, so this is a research-based review, not a hands-on test.

Who it’s best for

  • Sales teams that want email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS in one sequence.
  • Founders who want a built-in contact database for finding leads.

Who should skip it

  • Probably not the best fit if you only send simple email campaigns on a tight budget.

How it works day to day

This part draws on Reply.io’s own product pages, help center and documentation, read October 26, 2026 (listed under Sources). We haven’t used Reply.io ourselves.

In Reply you build a sequence: a series of steps that runs for each contact until they answer. Steps can be emails, LinkedIn actions (connection requests, messages, profile views, voice messages), calls, SMS, WhatsApp or manual tasks, and the sequence can branch on conditions such as whether someone replied. Replies come back into Reply, where your team picks them up.

Key features in use

  • Multichannel sequences that mix email, LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp in one flow (Multichannel plan).
  • Email warm-up included for every connected mailbox.
  • A built-in B2B contact database for finding leads, using data credits.
  • Jason AI SDR, an optional AI assistant that can find contacts, write personalized campaigns, handle replies and book meetings, either with your approval or on its own.

Setup and learning curve

Connect your mailboxes, let warm-up run, import or find contacts, then build your first sequence from steps. Reply's own guide site, How Reply Works, walks through workflows such as running multichannel outreach. Expect a learning curve (noted above), mostly in deciding how sequences should branch.

Integrations

Reply offers two-way sync with Salesforce and HubSpot, a Pipedrive integration, Zapier steps inside sequences, and webhooks for triggering actions elsewhere.

Support

Reply keeps a detailed documentation site (How Reply Works) that explains each capability and common workflows.

Real-world use cases

  • A founder runs outbound by email and LinkedIn without stitching several tools together.
  • An SDR team syncs every reply and meeting back to Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • A small sales team uses the built-in database to find prospects for a new market.

What it costs

Prices checked October 25, 2026, from Reply.io’s own pricing page unless noted. Prices change often, so check the official page before you buy.

  • Email Volume: from $49 per user a month billed yearly for 1,000 active contacts ($59, $69 and $89 per user at 2,000, 3,000 and 5,000). Unlimited mailboxes, subject to fair use.
  • Multichannel: from $89 per user a month billed yearly. Adds LinkedIn, calls, SMS and WhatsApp steps, 10 mailboxes per user.
  • Add-ons on Email Volume: LinkedIn automation $69 a month per account; calls and SMS $29 a month per account.
  • Monthly billing costs more (from $59 and $99). A free plan exists.
  • Yearly billing saves up to 17%.

What we like

  • Email warm-up is included with every mailbox.
  • A built-in B2B contact database (50 data credits a month on these plans).
  • G2 showed 4.6 out of 5 from about 1,500 reviews as of October 25, 2026.
  • A 14-day trial on Multichannel.

What to watch for

  • Pricing grows with active contacts and users.
  • A G2 reviewer said prices rose sharply for existing customers.
  • There's a learning curve.

The fine print

  • "Active contacts" means unique people who get a first email in a month; follow-ups don't count again.
  • Unlimited mailboxes are subject to Reply's fair usage policy.
