What it costs
Prices checked October 29, 2026, from Roborock’s own pricing page unless noted. Prices change often, so check the official page before you buy.
- Qrevo S Pro $499.99 (reg. $699.99); Qrevo 2 Pro $549.99 (reg. $799.99).
- Qrevo Edge 2 $1,099.99; Saros 20 $1,599.99; Saros Z70 $2,599.99 (official US store, checked October 29, 2026).
What we like
- Wide range from about $500 to $2,600.
- 30-day returns for any reason with original packaging.
- Docks that empty, wash and dry.
- Big sales off regular prices.
What to watch for
- Trustpilot showed 1.5 out of 5 from about 600 reviews as of October 29, 2026, a low score; many complaints are about support and warranty.
- You carry the shipping risk on returns.
- Price adjustments are case by case.
- Refurbished units get only 6 months of warranty.
The fine print
- Keep original packaging and accessories for returns.
- 1-year limited warranty on new units.
- In 2026 the FCC restricted new authorizations of foreign-made advanced robotic devices; Consumer Reports says robots already owned or already authorized keep working and get updates through at least Jan 1, 2029.

What it costs: Flagship Flow $1,499.99, checked October 30, 2026
Pick RoborockChecked by Vetteroo if you…

- care most about mopping.
- want a different brand.
- like its dock design.
Our take
Roborock offers capable robots at many price points with sizable sales, but its weak Trustpilot score means you should keep the box and know the return window.
