Who it’s best for
- People who want a cheap, automated service that keeps sending opt-out requests all year.
Who should skip it
- Probably not the best fit if you want removals from sites outside its list without paying for Unlimited.
How it works day to day
This part draws on Incogni’s own product pages, help center and documentation, read October 26, 2026 (listed under Sources). We haven’t used Incogni ourselves.
Incogni is set-and-forget. After you sign up and authorize it to act for you, it sends removal requests to the data brokers on its list and keeps resending them: every 60 days for public people-search sites and every 90 days for private brokers, unless a broker has already put you on its suppression list. Your dashboard shows each request as completed, in progress, scheduled, suppressed or being monitored, and you get monthly progress reports.
Key features in use
- Automated removal requests to 420+ data brokers (noted above), repeated on a schedule.
- A dashboard with per-broker statuses and how well each broker complies.
- Monthly progress reports.
- Custom removals on Unlimited: submit specific web pages, which Incogni says usually resolve in 7 to 30 days (up to 60 for some sites).
Setup and learning curve
Sign-up takes a few minutes: enter the personal details you want removed and sign an authorization so Incogni can contact brokers on your behalf. After that there's nothing to run.
Integrations
Incogni is a standalone service and doesn't connect to other apps.
Support
Incogni offers 24/7 live chat (and phone support on Unlimited, noted above) and a help center explaining each dashboard status.
Real-world use cases
- Someone tired of spam calls who wants ongoing broker removals without effort.
- A family that wants removals for everyone on one plan.
- A person who found their address on a specific site and wants it handled through custom removals.

Our take
Incogni is a strong, affordable automated choice with good independent reviews. DeleteMe costs more and adds human support, but it removed fewer profiles in Consumer Reports' 2024 test.
