- Best for
- Established online stores that want gamified popups
- Price
- From €49 a month billed annually
- Prices checked

We researched Sleeknote's official pricing page and integrations, plus independent coverage and customer feedback summaries. We haven't used Sleeknote ourselves, so this is a research-based review, not a hands-on test.
Who it’s best for
- Established online stores with steady traffic that want polished popups, quizzes and spin-to-win campaigns.
- Brands running several sites, since every plan includes unlimited domains.
- Teams that want phone, chat and email support included.
Who should skip it
- Probably not the best fit for a small site or a tight budget. Cheaper popup tools start well under Sleeknote's price.
How it works day to day
This part draws on Sleeknote’s own product pages, help center and documentation, read October 28, 2026 (listed under Sources). We haven’t used Sleeknote ourselves.
Day to day, you build popups, slide-ins and bars from templates, choose who sees them and when, connect them to your email tool, and check sign-ups and sales in the dashboard.
Key features in use
- Popups, slide-ins, bars and inline forms built without code.
- Targeting by page, behavior and visitor type.
- Email capture with integrations into tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot and ActiveCampaign.
- Product recommendations and guidance campaigns for stores.
- Gamification: spin to win, scratch to win, quizzes, learn to earn, seasonal calendar (add-on tier).
- Unlimited campaigns across unlimited domains.
Setup and learning curve
You start a 14-day trial, add Sleeknote's script or the Shopify or WordPress app, pick a template and connect your email tool. Your trial campaigns and data carry over if you subscribe.
Integrations
Sleeknote lists integrations with major email and e-commerce tools, including Shopify, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign and Zapier.
Support
Phone, chat and email support are included on every plan, plus a help center and video library.
Real-world use cases
- A clothing store runs a spin-to-win popup for Black Friday.
- A beauty brand uses a quiz to recommend products and collect emails.
- A company with several country sites runs campaigns on all of them under one plan.
What it costs
Prices checked October 28, 2026, from Sleeknote’s own pricing page unless noted. Prices change often, so check the official page before you buy.
- Core (up to 25,000 monthly visitors): €49 a month billed annually, or €62 billed monthly.
- Core and Gamification (up to 25,000 visitors): €68 a month billed annually, or €85 billed monthly. Adds spin to win, scratch to win, quizzes, learn to earn and a seasonal calendar.
- Prices rise with traffic: Core is €59 a month billed annually at 25,000 to 50,000 visitors and €114 at 50,000 to 125,000.
- Unlimited campaigns and domains, plus phone, chat and email support, on every plan. Over 500,000 visitors: custom quote.
- 14-day free trial, no card. Money-back guarantee: 30 days on monthly plans, 100 days on annual plans. Annual billing saves 20%.
- Our check showed euro prices. The Shopify App Store listing shows Core at $69 a month (billed in USD, every 30 days) for 25,000 visitors.
What we like
- Unlimited campaigns and unlimited domains on every plan.
- Pricing by visitors, not pageviews, with all core features included.
- Phone, chat and email support on every plan.
- Gamified campaigns: spin to win, scratch to win, quizzes and a seasonal calendar (with the add-on tier).
- A long money-back window: 100 days on annual plans, 30 days on monthly.
- 14-day free trial with every feature, no card needed.
What to watch for
- Expensive for small sites. The entry plan is €49 a month billed annually.
- Gamification costs extra.
- Prices climb quickly as your traffic grows.
- Our check showed euro pricing, so US buyers should confirm the dollar price at checkout.
The fine print
- Pricing tiers are based on monthly visitors. Over 500,000 visitors needs a custom quote.
- Annual billing saves 20%.
- Refunds: if you're not happy within 30 days (monthly) or 100 days (annual), Sleeknote says you can contact Customer Success for a refund.
- The Shopify App Store listing bills in US dollars every 30 days ($69 a month for Core at 25,000 visitors), so prices can differ by where you buy.

Our take
Sleeknote is a well-made popup and gamification tool for established stores, with unlimited domains, phone support and an unusually long money-back window. It costs a lot more than OptinMonster's first-year price, so smaller sites should start there. Sleeknote earns its price when you have steady traffic and want gamified campaigns with human support.
