We researched Waalaxy's official pricing page and FAQ, its help-center article on LinkedIn restrictions, LinkedIn's own help page on prohibited software, and independent user reports from 2026. We haven't used Waalaxy ourselves, so this is a research-based review, not a hands-on test.
Who it’s best for
- Founders, freelancers and small sales teams who prospect on LinkedIn and accept the account risk described above.
- Teams that want LinkedIn outreach and cold email in one campaign (Business plan).
- People new to outreach, since Waalaxy says most of its users had never done LinkedIn outreach before.
Who should skip it
- Not a fit if you can't afford to lose access to your LinkedIn account, or if your employer's policies forbid automation tools.
How it works day to day
This part draws on Waalaxy’s own product pages, help center and documentation, read October 28, 2026 (listed under Sources). We haven’t used Waalaxy ourselves.
Day to day, you import prospects from LinkedIn search or a CSV, pick a sequence (for example visit, invite, then follow-up messages), set daily quotas, and let Waalaxy run the steps while you answer replies.
Key features in use
- Campaign builder with pre-built LinkedIn sequences.
- Automated invitations, profile visits and follow-up messages, with daily quotas.
- Cold email sequences and LinkedIn plus email campaigns (Business).
- Email finder with monthly credits (Business includes 500).
- CRM sync, CSV import and export, API, and Make, Zapier and N8N modules (Advanced and up).
- Optional LinkedIn Inbox add-on with reply templates and follow-up reminders.
Setup and learning curve
You install Waalaxy's Chrome extension, connect your LinkedIn account and start a 14-day trial. Waalaxy recommends starting with low quotas and raising them slowly.
Integrations
Waalaxy works inside LinkedIn through its Chrome extension, syncs with CRMs, and connects to other tools through its API and Make, Zapier and N8N.
Support
All plans include help-center access and chat support Monday to Friday. Advanced and Business get live chat with a stated response time under an hour.
Real-world use cases
- A freelancer invites a list of local business owners and follows up automatically.
- A small agency runs LinkedIn plus email campaigns for a new service.
- A recruiter contacts candidates with a short message sequence.
What it costs
Prices checked October 28, 2026, from Waalaxy’s own pricing page unless noted. Prices change often, so check the official page before you buy.
- Pro: $59 per user a month on monthly billing, $47 on quarterly billing, or $29 on yearly billing (paid upfront). 300 LinkedIn invitations a month, unlimited campaigns, pre-built sequences, automated follow-ups, CRM sync, team tools.
- Advanced: $120 per user a month monthly, $96 quarterly, or $60 yearly. 800 invitations a month (the maximum), API access, Make, Zapier and N8N modules, live chat support.
- Business: $179 per user a month monthly, $149 quarterly, or $90 yearly. Adds cold email sequences, LinkedIn plus email campaigns and 500 email-finder credits a month.
- Optional LinkedIn Inbox add-on: €20 a month (the page lists it in euros even when plan prices show in dollars). Enterprise for 5+ seats is quoted separately.
- 14-day free trial. Cancel anytime by turning off auto-renewal; access lasts to the end of the billing period. The yearly discount (up to 50%) needs one upfront payment.
- Our check from the US showed US dollar prices. Waalaxy also shows euro prices in some regions, so confirm the currency at checkout.
What we like
- Simple campaign builder with pre-built sequences and automated follow-ups.
- LinkedIn plus cold email in one campaign on the Business plan, with 500 email-finder credits a month.
- CRM sync, CSV import and export, and Make, Zapier and N8N modules (Advanced and up).
- Big discounts for longer commitments: yearly billing costs about half of monthly.
- 14-day free trial, and you can cancel anytime by turning off auto-renewal.
What to watch for
- Using it breaks LinkedIn's User Agreement, and LinkedIn says accounts using automation tools risk being restricted or shut down. Waalaxy's own help center says it can't recover a banned account.
- Waalaxy's help center advises against telling LinkedIn support that you use Waalaxy. That's a sign of how LinkedIn views these tools.
- Independent user reports from 2026 range from no problems to temporary restrictions, and at least one user reported a permanent ban.
- Monthly prices are steep ($59 to $179 per user a month). The low prices need a yearly upfront payment.
- Invitation caps (300 a month on Pro, 800 on Advanced and Business) limit volume.
- The LinkedIn Inbox add-on is extra (€20 a month).
The fine print
- The yearly price (up to 50% off) is one upfront payment. Quarterly saves about 20%.
- Cancelling turns off auto-renewal; you keep access to the end of the billing period. We found no refund promise on the pricing page.
- If LinkedIn bans your account while you have an active subscription, Waalaxy says support can move the subscription to a new LinkedIn profile. It doesn't refund the subscription for that.
- Waalaxy says it is "100% undetectable." LinkedIn says it watches for unusual activity, and Waalaxy's own help center describes warnings and temporary 24 to 48 hour restrictions.
- Our check from the US showed dollar prices; other regions may see euros.
The main alternative: Lemlist Reviewed by Vetteroo
lemlist is a cold email platform with a built-in lead database and email and phone finder. Multichannel also includes LinkedIn steps, and LinkedIn's rules on automation apply to any tool that automates LinkedIn actions. If you keep LinkedIn steps manual or skip them, email-first outreach avoids the LinkedIn account risk.
What it costs: $69/mo, or $55/mo billed yearly (Email), checked October 26, 2026
Pick WaalaxyReviewed by Vetteroo if you…
- prospect on LinkedIn, accept the account risk, and want a simple, guided way to run campaigns.
- want LinkedIn and cold email steps in one campaign.
- can pay yearly to get the lower price.
Pick LemlistReviewed by Vetteroo if you…
- want email-first outreach with a large lead database.
- want unlimited users on one plan.
- would rather keep LinkedIn activity manual.
Our take
Waalaxy makes LinkedIn outreach easy to set up, and the Business plan's LinkedIn-plus-email campaigns are useful. But the main cost isn't the price. LinkedIn prohibits this kind of automation and says accounts using it can be restricted or shut down, and Waalaxy itself says it can't help if that happens. Choose it only if you understand and accept that risk. If you'd rather not put your LinkedIn account on the line, lemlist's email-first outreach is the safer route.
