We researched WebinarJam's official pricing, plan terms, product pages and help documentation. We haven't used WebinarJam ourselves, so this is a research-based review, not a hands-on test.

Who it’s best for

  • Marketers and coaches running big live sales webinars with offers.
  • People who want registration pages, email and SMS reminders built in.
  • Teams that may grow from 100 to thousands of attendees per webinar.

Who should skip it

  • Not the right tool for fully automated, evergreen webinars on its own; that's a separate product (EverWebinar).

How it works day to day

This part draws on WebinarJam’s own product pages, help center and documentation, read October 26, 2026 (listed under Sources). We haven’t used WebinarJam ourselves.

You schedule a webinar, pick a registration page template, set reminder emails and texts, then go live from the browser studio. During the session you can bring attendees on stage, run polls, share your screen, play pre-recorded video (video injection) and show offers. Afterwards replays can go out automatically.

Key features in use

  • Registration page builder with templates and split testing.
  • Email and SMS reminder system.
  • Polls, surveys and an on-screen whiteboard during the session.
  • Video injections: play a recorded clip inside a live webinar (hybrid webinars).
  • Presenter and moderator roles you can switch during the session.

Setup and learning curve

Setting up a first webinar is template-driven. WebinarJam lists recommended equipment: a webcam and microphone, a hardwired connection, 8 GB of RAM and at least 5 Mbps of upload speed. Testing your setup before a big event is worth the time.

Integrations

WebinarJam lists integrations with Kartra, AWeber, ActiveCampaign, Keap, GetResponse, Mailchimp, ConvertKit (Kit), Drip, Constant Contact, Twilio and Zapier, plus any bulk SMTP provider. ClickFunnels and Leadpages also connect.

Support

WebinarJam has a help center with setup articles and a billing team you contact through it.

Real-world use cases

  • A coach runs a weekly live training that ends with an offer, with SMS reminders to boost attendance.
  • A software company runs product demos with a moderator handling chat.
  • A course seller records a strong live session to reuse later in EverWebinar.

What it costs

Prices checked October 26, 2026, from WebinarJam’s own pricing page unless noted. Prices change often, so check the official page before you buy.

  • Starter: $49 a month, or $39 a month billed yearly. 100 attendees per webinar, 1 host.
  • Basic: $99 a month, or $79 billed yearly. 500 attendees, 2 hosts.
  • Professional: $299 a month, or $229 billed yearly. 2,000 attendees, 4 hosts.
  • Enterprise: $499 a month, or $379 billed yearly. 5,000 attendees, 6 hosts.
  • Trial: $1 for 14 days (500 attendees, 2 hosts, 2-hour webinars). 30-day money-back guarantee.

What we like

  • A $1, 14-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • Registration page builder with templates and A/B split testing.
  • Email and SMS reminders, polls, surveys, whiteboard and video injection built in.
  • Live chat is included on every plan, and replays can be sent automatically.

What to watch for

  • Attendee caps and session lengths (1 to 4 hours) depend on the plan.
  • Evergreen automated webinars need EverWebinar, a companion product.
  • Its FAQ advises against running webinars at the same time, and recommends spacing them 15 to 30 minutes apart.
  • Monthly prices are high for small audiences compared with simpler tools.

The fine print

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase through support.
  • Webinar length is capped by plan; longer events need back-to-back sessions.
