This page is for people building or redesigning a WordPress site who want it to look good without writing code. Themes set the overall design and speed of a site; page builders let you drag and drop layouts; some tools do both. It's useful for bloggers, coaches, small businesses and freelancers who build sites for clients. If you use a hosted builder like Wix or Squarespace, you don't need these.
Start with speed and how much control you want. Lightweight themes like Astra and GeneratePress load fast and work with the free WordPress block editor; full visual builders like Divi and Elementor give more design control but add weight. Check how many sites a license covers, what it renews at, and whether a lifetime license is offered. Most offer 14 to 30 days of refunds, but some exclude renewals, so test early.
Prices we saw ran from free themes and $29 tools to around $400 a year for full theme-and-plugin bundles; most single-site licenses cost $60 to $100 a year.
